A outstanding list of Boston’s auto insurance agents is pretty hard to find on the internet. ). I organized all this raw information into a prompt reference for all Bostonian drivers.

Interesting FYI (Tip):: The most important thing that you need to take note of is the Avg. Policy Price, as this gives you a general idea of the Boston insurance company’s pricing structure (avg. price for Bostonians).
Interesting FYI (Tip):: You may also take note of the Complaint Index, which is a measure of customer complaints (by Bostonians) concerning un-honored policy payouts; However, this factor is not that important because I removed any Bostonian agents with high complaint levels (i.e. unethical agents).

1. This is the quoted avg. price for an Bostonian Median Driver (avg. household income $42,562 a year).
2. A median driver (Bostonian) is defined as a Male or Female, aged 35 or higher, with any marital status, no tickets or accidents, and driving a normal consumer brand such as Mercedes-Benz.
3. Your Price may vary depending on your specific situation, such as if you drive a 2002 Mercedes GL-Class or another model).
4. This price range gives you a general idea of a companies’ prices (such as Safeco Insurers).
Complaint Index (by Bostonians):
1. Gives you an idea of how many complaints (from Bostonians) the company received for un-honored policies, in the state of Massachusetts.
2. Compellingly enough, the lower the number, the better (the more outstanding a company is).
3. A score of 1 is average, so anything below 1 is below avg., and above 1 is above average (i.e. outstanding).
4. Remember, that I removed any Boston companies that had high complaint averages (i.e. unethical agencies).
5. Based on the number of complaints (by Bostonians) per existing policies, this average was taken from the Massachusetts Dept. of Insurance.
Did you know that based on U.S. traffic statistics, the likelyhood of you being in a vehicle accident is increasing every year? This is because the number of drivers (and vehicles) on US roads is increasing by the thousands with each passing year, on par with the population increase of the United States.
Low Financial Rating (for Boston). Did not have an ‘A’ - level Financial Rating from A.M. Best (which is unethical). Diego from USAA, our local agent contact, stated that: “An ‘A’ financial rating ensures that the company (such as Safeco Insurers) will have enough money to stay in business and pay your claim.
High Complaint Level (by Bostonians). Had an above average Complaint Level, based on Massachusetts Dept. of Insurance statistics for the past 2 years (unethical record). A high Complaint Level may mean a company has a history of not honoring policy claims (from Bostonians) as promised in their contract with Boston drivers.
