By: J.D. Triplett, Researcher
Phoenixians looking for an Phoenix auto insurance plan know that if you live in ZIP 85014 your insurer’s rate will be different than if you lived in 85022. Engagingly enough, what most Phoenixians don’t know, is that the type of car you drive down East University Drive also greatly determines how much fundage you’ll pay for Phoenix Phoenix vehicle insurance.

Well Let’s Get Started………….
Phoenix Liability Insurance - The price of brilliant Phoenix AZ auto insurance (Liability) is greatly affected by the specific brand/model of car you choose to drive in Chandler, or anywhere else.
Phoenixians……. here it is. This brilliant table below shows the cheapest brands/models (2003 Chevy Blazer, Chevy, etc.) of vehicles to insure for Liability assurance coverage.

One of Phoenix’s insurers that we talked to, Vanessa from Metlife, stated that the reasons for the varying price in such models is that the different vehicle brands/models have different accident claims histories associated with them (some brilliant, some not-so-brilliant).
Another local Phoenix agent, Oscar from Amica Insurers, put it simply by stating: “The more accidents a vehicle brand-model type is in [reported claims] the more accident-prone it is considered, and therefore the higher the insurer’s rate.”
Just So You Know: The younger (newer) a car model type is the lower its insurance rates will be.
Engagingly enough, the newer a vehicle model is, the lower its insurance rates will be with Phoenixian insurers, because the newer models do not have a history of claims against them (not yet at least), but Vanessa from Metlife advised that, in time (about 2-3 years), this newer model’s claims history could eventually mount, and its insurance rates would rise to follow its claims history (Reps from USAA also verified this tidbit of information for us).
Doh!…………. confused yet young Phoenixian???? Okay…… to say it a different way: if Chevy releases a brand new model of car (not a new year’s model, but an actual different type of model); because this brand-new model name does not yet have a history of car accident claims (not yet at least) against it, an automobile insurer - like USAA - haven’t yet assessed it as being more accident-prone - therefore its coverage rates remain low for Phoenix Arizona auto insurance.

Phoenix’s Comprehensive Coverage - Cheapest Vehicles

Just So You Know: The more often a car gets stolen, statistically (Most Stolen List), the higher the comprehensive coverage rate will be for it (Phoenix AZ automobile insurance) (Example: 2003 Chevy Blazer versus another Chevy model).
So a brilliant practice is to avoid models that are on the ‘Most Stolen List’ to keep your Comprehensive coverage rates low, therefore saving fundage.
Call your local DMV (Phone # 602) 712-7011 - 206 S 17th Ave # 135) or local AAA (Phone # (602) 274-1116 - 3144 N 7th Ave) if you want to get this list of Most Stolen Cars.

Phoenix’s Collision Coverage - Cheapest Vehicles

Just So You Know: Engagingly enough, of all the vehicle groups on the road, vans & mini-vans consistently receive the lowest rates from insurers for Phoenix liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage (Phoenixians rejoice!).
Just So You Know:: The more rare your automobile is in Phoenix (or anywhere in the US for that matter), the fewer accident claims it will have against it, and therefore the more fundage saved.
Phoenixians have a median household income of $42,353, and therefore most of Phoenix’s drivers are looking for brilliant ways to save fundage on auto insurance plans. When searching for Auto Insurance in Phoenix Arizona AZ, the best advice is to choose your Car Model wisely (Chevy, 2003 Chevy Blazer, etc.)
