Phoenix’s Complete Car Insurer Agent Directory

A brilliant list of Phoenix’s auto insurance agents is pretty hard to find on the internet. Engagingly enough though, I was pleased to find lots of raw research on the Arizona gov. site (http://www.id.state.az.us/
).  I organized all this raw information into a speedy reference for all Phoenixian drivers.

Just So You Know: You may check out the original list at the AZ gov. site yourself: Click Here

Just So You Know:: The most important thing that you need to take note of is the Avg. Policy Price, as this gives you a general idea of the Phoenix insurance company’s pricing structure (avg. price for Phoenixians).

Just So You Know:: You may also take note of the Complaint Index, which is a measure of customer complaints (by Phoenixians) concerning un-honored policy payouts; However, this factor is not that important because I removed any Phoenixian agents with high complaint levels (i.e. exploitative agents).

Notes for Table Above

Avg. Policy Price (for Phoenix):
1. This is the quoted avg. price for an Phoenixian Median Driver (avg. household income $42,353 a year).
2. A median driver (Phoenixian) is defined as a Male or Female, aged 35 or higher, with any marital status, no tickets or accidents, and driving a normal consumer brand such as Chevy.
3. Your Price may vary depending on your specific situation, such as if you drive a 2003 Chevy Blazer or another model).
4. This price range gives you a general idea of a companies’ prices (such as USAA).

Complaint Index (by Phoenixians):
1. Gives you an idea of how many complaints (from Phoenixians) the company received for un-honored policies, in the state of Arizona.
2. Engagingly enough, the lower the number, the better (the more brilliant a company is).
3. A score of 1 is average, so anything below 1 is below avg., and above 1 is above average (i.e. brilliant).
4. Remember, that I removed any Phoenix companies that had high complaint averages (i.e. exploitative agencies).
5. Based on the number of complaints (by Phoenixians) per existing policies, this average was taken from the Arizona Dept. of Insurance.

RANDOM FACT:

Did you know that every 12 seconds someone is injured in a car accident in the United States? Did you know that every 12 minutes someone dies from a car accident in the US?

Phoenix Companies That Were Removed From List

Low Financial Rating (for Phoenix). Did not have an ‘A’ - level Financial Rating from A.M. Best (which is exploitative). Oscar from Amica Insurers, our local agent contact, stated that: “An ‘A’ financial rating ensures that the company (such as USAA) will have enough money to stay in business and pay your claim.

High Complaint Level (by Phoenixians). Had an above average Complaint Level, based on Arizona Dept. of Insurance statistics for the past 2 years (exploitative record). A high Complaint Level may mean a company has a history of not honoring policy claims (from Phoenixians) as promised in their contract with Phoenix drivers.
